The breakfast was satisfactory, had fresh meals.

Easy access to Lake Charles Regional airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away. The staff was courteous on arrival and throughout the stay. The breakfast was good and offered a great selection of items.

A nice size and brand-new room plus climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. Good and magnificent location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The rooms were brand-new and tidy, the staff were pleasant. I appreciated the exceptionally comfortable beds.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being only a five-minute drive from my jobsite. The staff, particularly the front desk clerk Bre, was extremely kind and friendly, making my stay feel like a home away from home.

The front desk did not provide a timely response to my request for a remote control, and the staff member in charge was unprofessional and rude. The bathroom floors were sticky and there was mold in the bathtub.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was helpful and amicable. Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator. The food was fresh, with plenty of options. The location was marvellous and convenient, within walking distance of Prien Lake Mall. The venue was a super base for enjoying a good area. I loved the hotel overall.

Had such great stay for the price. The room was quiet and brand-new, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, included facilities we needed. Everything seemed good, clean. The location was marvellous, to the Golden Nugget casino. What's more, it was not far from Lake Charles.

I had a great weekend at this hotel! The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and meet all of my needs. The location was perfect, conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and casinos. It was also easy to access from the freeway, which made getting around a breeze.

There were a few things that could have been better. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved.

The room was neat and warm, I slept well. The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable, slept like a baby.

I recently stayed at La Quinta in Lake Charles for a work trip. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, casinos, and freeways nearby. The staff were exceptional, especially Bre at the front desk, who made me feel at home. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for future work trips. Thanks to all the friendly workers who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
